On Saturday, April 14th, 2012, the Burke Museum of Natural History and Culture will be hosting its 5th Annual Fossil Preparation and Collections Symposium at the Burke Museum, located at 17th Avenue NE and NE 45th Street in Seattle, Washington. Early registration is required for this event and a timeline of the day will be provided at that time, on pamphlets and programs printed by local print companies.

On Saturday, March 17th, the annual St. Patricks Day Parade will be taking place in downtown Seattle. This parade will begin at the corner of Jefferson Avenue and 4th Avenue and wind its way north along 4th Avenue to the Westlake Park reviewing stand. There will be scheduled events taking place with closing ceremonies taking place at the Seattle Center located at 305 Harrison Street in downtown Seattle.
